RETICLES
The grid is a compositional element that has each post, it is an invisible rule for the viewer, but visible to the designer. It is a basis on which you can work and where to apply the elements that make up the publication: columns, pages, etc.

FORMAL RETICLE
It consists of structural lines that appear to be constructed rigidly and mathematically. The lines will guide all design training. Space is divided into subdivisions, equal or rhythmically, and forms are organized with a strong sense of regularity.
SEMIFORMAL RETICLE
It is usually quite regular, but there is a slight irregularity. It may or may not consist of structural lines that determine the design of the modules.

INFORMAL RETICLE
It usually has no structural lines. The organization is generally free or indefinite.
